- Normal Attack hits on opponents increase Elemental Skill DMG by 20% for 5s
- Elemental Skill hits on opponents increase Normal Attack DMG by 20% for 5s.
Therefore, the Mitternachts Waltz bow is a good weapon for characters who switch between attacking and casting in combat.
This bow is a good option for any bow wielder, but it seems to have been created to suit the character Fischl and can increase Fischl’s normal damage output by 20 per cent.
