How to race your friends in Genshin Impact

November 24, 2021

Genshin Impact Version 2.3 update just added a really cool item in the Serenitea Pot (Housing System) the Leisure Device: Rhythmic Sprinter.

Genshin Impact just added one new thing that’ll make multiplayer way funnier. As long as you actually have not only the time, but also friends to play with. The new Lesure Device: Rhythmic Sprinter furniture finally lets you make “official” races in the Serenitea Pot. As in, the winner will be declared by the system, and their times will be recorded.

How to get, use and place the Leisure Device: Rhythmic Sprinter in Genshin Impact

First, you’ll need to actually buy it from the Realm Depot. Then, you can place it and start making obstacle races. The Leisure Device: Rhythmic Sprinter will be located in the Outdoor Furnishing category.

When you enter Edit Mode, you’ll only be able to place both the Activation Panel and the Destination Ring together. However, once you’ve placed them, go into Move Mode and then pick one of the two. You’ll be able to move them separately now.

The only limitation to the system is how you’re forced to place both the Activation Panel and the Destination Ring in the same area of the Serenitea Pot. You can’t make a huge race spread on all four areas.

Either way, this is great as it’ll allow Genshin Impact players to make real races in their Serenitea Pot. Fan communities could even use them to organize contests with prizes or giveaways. Really looking forward to what kind of race ideas everyone will come up with now that we have even more incentive to think up courses.

Genshin Impact Version 2.3 Shadows Amisdt Snowstorms is out now, but new characters Arataki Itto and Gorou are only releasing later on December 14, 2021. The JRPG is available on PS4, PS5, PC, and Mobile, with a Nintendo Switch version in development. You can always ask me stuff about Genshin on Twitter @A_iyane07.
