Genshin Impact would be quite elated to know that one of the most anticipated characters in the game could be coming quite soon, as one of the recent leaks has given us some interesting information about the same.

While miHoYo ensures that there is a plethora of stuff being added with each major update, it should be noted that the community is most excited about the upcoming characters in the game. We did receive two new characters in the last update, which was Yunjin and Shenhe. The two characters were liked a lot by the community, and so was the update as a whole as well.

We do know a bit about some of the upcoming characters in the game. Firstly, we have Yae which has been confirmed by miHoYo to release in the 2.5 Update. miHoYo announces the next character with the current update these days, so fans don't have to speculate a lot. We do also know that characters like Heizou, Yelan and Ayato are in the pipeline.

According to the latest leak that has been posted on Wangsheng Funeral Parlor Discord, Yelan might be coming to the game in the 2.7 Update. Do note that this is posted under sussy leaks, so this is not something which is hundred percent sure. It should be noted that unless the leak comes from the beta, usually you should take it with a grain of salt.

On top of that, it goes on to state that it is a 5-star Hydro Bow character. Considering that players have been quite angry with too many Polearm characters of late, this should be good news for many fans out there. Lastly, the leak states that the voice actor will be the favorite VA from Honkai Impact. While the name isn't stated, it should be Miyuki Sawashiro from the hint provided.
