Japanese voice actors and actresses, commonly called seiyuu, are incredibly popular in Japan and among anime and Japanese games fans. Knowing which seiyuu voices which characters is very important information. Especially for a game like Genshin Impact who lives by its characters.

Rina Satō is most notably known for voicing Makoto Niijima in Persona 5, Velvet Crowe in the Tales of series, or Rixia Mao in the Trails series. Rina Satō is a veteran seiyuu and a go-to choice for Eula. As she's often type casted into voicing cool type characters like these.

Yumiri Hanamori in comparison is a newer seiyuu, but still is known for Nadeshiko Kagamihara in Laid-Back Camp, or Ai Hayasaka in Kaguya-sama: Love is War.

Genshin Impact just released its version 1.4 on March 17. Version 1.5 has no release date yet but should be coming in around six weeks if the update schedule stays unchanging.

Personally speaking, I'd add you should keep in mind these are leaks and not official information from miHoYo. It's most notably possible the official release of Ver 1.5 will feature different content that what has leaked so far. It's downright impossible that the voice actors for Eula and Yanfei will be changed midway though.

Genshin Impact is currently available on PC, PS4, PS5 and mobile. A Nintendo Switch version was also announced and has yet to be released.
