Genshin Impact is well known for the plethora of events that take place in the game. Quite recently, the developers introduced the Wish Upon A Lantern Web Event with a whopping prize pool of 1 billion Primogems. The event was quite a success with a larger number of taking part in it. However, it did make quite a lot of fans unhappy because of the fact that miHoYo distributed the Primogems unevenly. While miHoYo hadn't stated that the rewards will be distributed evenly, the fact that some players received five times the amount received by another was something that was not taken really well by the fanbase.

Genshin Impact Web Event: Here's what we know about "A Wanmin Welcome"

It seems like miHoYo is gearing up to host another web event. However, as of now, we don't know much about the web event except for the fact that it will be known as "A Wanmin Welcome" and will be starting on March 20. As per reports, the event is already live in China. We don't know what rewards miHoYo has to offer this time around, but considering that the recently concluded Wish Upon A Lantern event attracted significant backlash, it is expected that the new event will offer better and equal rewards to players.

For now, players can take part in the Genshin Impact daily check-in event. The event is taking place on HoyoLabs and players get the following rewards for daily checking in for a month.

  • 26x Adventurer’s XP
  • 5x Hero’s Wit
  • 16x Fine Enhancement Ore
  • 3x Fowl, Meat, Eggs, Fish
  • 67,000 Mora
  • 60x Primogems

While that might not sound quite appealing to many, considering that there is nothing much required to do to get the rewards, it isn't that bad either. And considering the fact that a new web event is launching pretty soon, you might as well manage with the daily check-in event till then.

Genshin Impact is available on PC, PS4, and PS5.
