A New Item In Genshin Impact 1.6
A Wind-Blessed Harpastum
Wind-Blessed Harpastum is a new gadget (Rarity: 4) that has been added to Genshin Impact 1.6. The name Harpastum is taken from a small, hard ball that was used by ancient Romans for recreational sports.
Its description reads: "A harpastum made from pure bird feathers and strong fabric. Perhaps it contains some strange power."
So these Wind-Blessed Harpastum are filled with feathers and since it has powers too, it can be used to solve puzzles across Golden Apple Archipelago.
Please note that it is a limited-time item that cannot be used after version 1.6 of the game.
How To Get Wind-Blessed Harpastum?
You can obtain the Harpastum by completing the ''Summer Vacation: Proceed With Caution'' Story Quest during Act 2 of the Midsummer Island Adventure event.
How to Use It?
The Wind-Blessed Harpastum is a gadget that can be thrown in the air to inflict damage. You will have to equip this gadget in order to use it. Doing so will replace your Elemental Skill.
To equip this item, visit the gadget section of your inventory. Now tap the
Elemental Skill button to launch the Harpastum in air. Hold this button to aim and adjust before throwing. Releasing the button will hurl the Harpastum in the direction you are facing.
You will need Wind-Blessed Harpastum to solve the puzzles in the new limited-time area, that is, the Golden Apple Archipelago. On completion of Dodoland puzzles, you will get Treasure Chests as a reward.
Solve Puzzles Using Wind-Blessed Harpastum
You can use this limited time gadget in Genshin Impact 1.6 to solve two puzzles:
1. Dodo-King's Painted Wall
Here, you need to throw the Harpastum towards the Dodo-King's Painted Wall to complete the challenge. After throwing the ball, it will bounce back at you.
Now, you must use the Dodoguard by hitting the Attack button to throw the Harpastum back to the painted wall. Doing so repeatedly will inflict damage on Dodo-King's Painted Wall and breaking it will reward you with a Treasure chest.
But if you miss hitting the ball back to the wall, the Dodo-King's Painted Wall will start recovering its health.
2. Hymnal Rings
You can hurl the Wind-Blessed Harpastum towards the Hymnal Rings to hit the Elemental Target that matches the Rings. If you manage to hit the Elemental Targets with the right element, you will be rewarded with a Treasure Chest. To activate Hymnal Rings, just stand on the circular area.
