Genshin Impact's Omni-Ubiquity Net Allows You To Catch Pokemon, Pretty Much

If you had watched the stream, you might be well aware of a new gadget that is making its way to the game in the new update. This new gadget is known as the Omni-Ubiquity Net, and the moment it was revealed, fans can't get enough of it.

For those who are unaware, this basically allows you to catch animals from the wild. The description states that "Use the Omni-Ubiquity Net to capture and detain the essence of small animals in the open world. Afterward, you may use the Net as a medium to re-create their forms.".

This was quite an unexpected addition, and fans are quite elated to get a chance to catch the various adorable animals available in the game. In fact, many of them have started drawing comparisons with Pokemon, stating that the game now pretty much allows you to catch Pokemon. The Omni-Ubiquity Net resembles a Pokeball as well, so there is that.

While it is not a game-changing feature as such, it seems to be quite well received by the community who are eagerly waiting to use the gadget. Maybe in the future, miHoYo might add more features to the Omni-Ubiquity Net.
