Gerbil Physics Going Big for Valentine's Day

February 2, 2010

What is more fun on Valentine’s Day than blowing up cute little gerbil towers? Can’t think of anything remotely close? Neither can I. I mean, how could going out to dinner or buying chocolates be more fun than Gerbil Physics? It’s always what happens after the dinner, or chocolates that is the most fun. So the Xbox Live Indie game developed by Pencel Games took a stab at stealing a share of the Valentine’s Day Market with this nifty poster.

I was pleasantly surprised with how fun Gerbil Physics was, aside from the fact that the gravity is a little floaty at times, it still is a very fun game. The player uses bombs, ropes, and physics to topple down towers of gerbils. It really is a fun little title, if you’re into small amounts of puzzle solving and laughing your ass off while doing it. It really didn’t get the recognition it deserves, similar to most Xbox Live Indie games.

So Pencel decided to take an active role in getting the game out there, which brings us to the poster. It can be downloaded, e-mailed, printed and posted, anything to get the game circulated. You can bet that I will be printing a ton of these out tomorrow and they will invade my school’s campus. Make sure you at least give the game a try, by downloading the demo on Xbox Live or here.
