Microsoft and Moon Studios have released some new, absolutely breathtaking screens of Ori and the Blind Forest at the Tokyo Game Show.

The hand painted artwork is simply incredible and oozes with the loving care that Moon Studios’ artists put into imagining this fantastical world. We’ve got a whole gallery of the screens below for you to check out and enjoy.

The forest of Nibel is dying and a powerful storm has set a series of devastating events in motion. An unlikely hero in the form of a young orphan rises to confront the coming darkness and save his home. This action platformer looks to explore a deep emotions about love, sacrifice and hope through its beautiful art, animation and orchestral score.

Ori and the Blind Forest is set for release this holiday season on Xbox One and PC.
