GGWP Academy, in a recently announced partnership with Logitech G, officially launched the world's first e-learning platform. The academy will help gamers who want to build a career in content creation and esports. The app will reach an extended audience of over six million gamers from their partnerships with tournament platforms Mogul.gg and Nice Cactus.

Beginner education support will be launched for three different esports pathways: Streamer, Esports Athlete, and Recorded Content Creator. However, more pathways for shoutcasters, esports writers, and podcasters will be released in the future.

"We want to help the new wave of gamers, content creators, and esports athletes achieve their goals in a structured and professional way. This means, giving them the tools and education to learn as well as a platform to help them find opportunities to work with teams and brands," said Jacqueline Garrett, CEO of GGWP Academy.

The available training courses will help guide players through methods of building a personal brand, getting noticed by teams, professional communication, maintaining a positive online presence, legal foundations, and more. The three levels—Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced—will provide different levels of training and detail for each subject.

In late 2020, a second version of the platform will include an Influencer Marketplace to provide users a global ranking system and opportunity pathways that can be utilized by brands and influencer campaigns.

With more and more gamers hunting for ways to build a career in esports, GGWP Academy promises to help unlock more opportunities and awareness in the industry. Having already raised a pre-seed round, the app is now approaching their seed round investment. As of right now, the app is launching by referral only. Interested gamers can keep up-to-date through GGWP's social media.

The e-learning app will be available through invite-only on Apple iOS mobile devices.
