Yesterday, Ubisoft revealed Special Operation 2, the newest update that is coming to Ghost Recon Wildlands next week. In the process, they teased a new PvE mission would be arriving with this update and now, we have a clearer view of just what that mission will involve.

Ubisoft released a new teaser trailer for the Special Operation 2 update for Ghost Recon Wildlands today and revealed that the game will soon be crossing over with the publisher's popular multiplayer shooter Rainbow Six Siege. While it's still uncertain just how Rainbow Six Siege will be merging with Wildlands, Ubisoft stated that the full-reveal of this new operation will be arriving on July 23.

This will mark the second time this year that Ghost Recon Wildlands has clashed with another popular Ubisoft property as Splinter Cell's Sam Fisher came to the game via a new mission just a few months back. After the success that was seen with that expansion, it makes sense for Ubisoft to this time around bring in content related to Rainbow Six Siege.

You can find this trailer for Ghost Recon Wildlands below. Stay tuned next week as we'll learn more specifics about this update on Monday ahead of the release of Special Operation 2 on Tuesday, July 24. Ghost Recon Wildlands is available right now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
