Saber Interactive surprised many Ghostbusters fans earlier this year when they revealed Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered, a PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch re-release of the cult classic title that's seen by many as the true Ghostbusters 3. Today, a trailer that capitalizes on that love for the game was released, with many fans from around the world discussing their favorite moments in it. Check out the trailer below:

As I've mentioned, Ghostbusters: The Video Game stands as one of the best parts of the franchise since the original film. Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis helped write the game's script, and they as well as Bill Murray and Ernie Hudson also voice their respective characters in-game. Considering Harold Ramis' passing in 2014, Ghostbusters: The Video Game stands as the last time the original group came together in a lengthy, official piece of Ghostbusters media. The game itself is pretty fun to play too, which unfortunately can't be said for most Ghostbusters games. Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered keeps everything intact from the game's original release while updated it to look better in HD.

Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered will release for the Epic Games Store, Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One on October 4, 2019. The game will be getting a physical release on consoles, though it will be exclusive to GameStop.
