Bandai Namco kicked off the celebrations for the 10th anniversary of God Eater. The Monster Hunter-like action game first launched in Japan on February 4, 2010, on PlayStation Portable. The God Eater series is published by Bandai Namco, and is developed by Japanese studio Shift, who still handles the series, and is also behind Freedom Wars on PlayStation Vita and the more recent Code Vein.

The God Eater 10th-anniversary page can be accessed here. Bandai Namco published a commemorative trailer, along with comments and illustrations from many artists, or other Bandai Namco franchises.

Fans can also send in their own fanart. An event is also being held for the 10th anniversary on the God Eater: Resonant Ops mobile game, and a bunch of other events are happening too but are irrelevant to you unless you're a huge fan of the franchise who also lives in Japan. In any case, for now, no big announcement was made by Bandai Namco.

God Eater 3 is currently available on PlayStation 4, PC, and Nintendo Switch. You can read our review here, along with our impressions on the Switch version.
