God of War Dominates Sales Charts in the UK for the Fourth Week in a Row
Kratos keeps dominating the UK market with God of War, while Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and Far Cry 5 hold the second and third places.
Apparently, no one stops the God of War train, at least in the United Kingdom, where Sony Interactive Entertainment Santa Monica Studio’s masterpiece is holding firm at the top of the UKIE sales charts for the fourth week in a row.
The game passed The Last of Us: Remastered for the most consecutive weeks at the top for a PS4 game published by Sony, but to get the overall crown in the PlayStation family, it’ll need a few more weeks to overtake The Last of Us on PS4 (six weeks), and Gran Turismo 3 (eight weeks). It’ll be interesting to see if it makes it.
Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze for Nintendo Switch also holds in second place, and Far Cry 5 remains in third.
Interestingly, Conan Exiles debuted in 13th place with its brand new PS4 release, while Assassin’s Creed Origin returns to the top-ten climbing from 17th place to 8th thanks to promotional activities in the UK market.
God of War is currently available in all regions, exclusively for PS4. If you haven’t purchased it yet, you can do so on Amazon. If you’d like to know what we think about the game, you can read my review.
