With only a few weeks left until its debut, anticipation is growing higher than ever for God of War, which will bring players into a fresh take on the action-driven series thanks to new gameplay features and its Norse mythology-inspired setting, with some details of the game becoming a bit clearer.

Sony has released a new behind-the-scenes video for God of War featuring the game's director Cory Barlog. Shot during last December's PlayStation Experience, the video specifically has Barlog offering his takes on the legends, artifacts, and stories that have inspired the game and will play a crucial part in the newest story of Kratos.

After its first reveal at E3 2016, God of War was officially confirmed to release this coming April, and since then several more details and information have been released about the game leading up to its release. An especially cool video was projected last month during an NBA basketball game in Oakload to give viewers a sense of the scale and epic action that players can expect from the title.
