Even though we're many months removed from the original release of God of War, it seems like SIE Santa Monica isn't done trickling out new trailers for the game. Yesterday, the developer released a brand new, more relaxed trailer for the game titled Memories of Mother and it's sure to bring back exactly that.

If you watched the new trailer and thought that the song featured sound familiar, that's because it's an alternative version of the game's opening song, also titled Memories of Mother. The Farewell to Faye version, however, is described as "more intimate" than it's original counterpart by Peter Scaturro, the Senior Music Producer on the game. In other God of War news, a few days ago DualShockers announced that it had won multiple awards this year, including the highly coveted Game of the Year award.
