PS4/PS Vita Exclusive God Wars: Future Past Gets New Gameplay Video Showing Strategy JRPG Battles

Kadokawa Games gives a fairly extensive look at the gameplay of its upcoming strategy JRPG God Wars: Future Past.

Today Kadokawa Games introduced a new gameplay video of its upcoming strategy JRPG God Wars: Future Past during a stage event at Taipei Game Show.

The video includes a few cutscenes, but it’s mostly a bird-eye view on the gameplay of the upcoming title, including turn-based battles on the tactical map, menus and the strategy map over which we’ll move from battle to battle.

The video was introduced by Kadokawa Games President Yoshimi Yasuda, who also directed the game. If you want to hear about it directly from him, you can check out our interview.

This wasn’t the only God Wars content released today by the publisher, as we also got a batch of new screenshots and a trailer.

The game’s western release date has recently been announced. God Wars: Future Past will launch in North America on March 28th, and in Europe on March 31st.
