As one of last year’s standout indie titles, Gone Home brought emotion and a heart-felt story that was unlike any other when it released on PC, Mac, and Linux, console owners will get to experience the game (and unravel its story) for the first time on Wii U.

During the Unite 2014 conference, Nintendo marketing manager Damon Baker spoke on a number of Unity-powered titles coming to Wii U during a panel event, and letting slip that Gone Home will be among many of those titles heading to the company’s home console.

Though no more specific details were given, Baker only mentioned that the Fullbright-released game is “confirmed” as a Wii U release, and will be “coming out in the near future.” A video from the conference was also released by Unity, which you can check out below: Baker specifically mentions Gone Home‘s release on Wii U around the 6:50 mark.

Gone Home is currently available on PC, Mac, and Linux, and has been previously announced to be coming to consoles, with Wii U specifically confirmed.
