Free Lives and Devolver Digital's GORN may still be in Steam Early Access, but it has been rather well-received by its community. Today, developer Free Lives announced a new update for the game introducing both some community requests and some things the community never knew it wanted.

In the most recent update to GORN, Free Lives has brought notable features such as score trials for each unlocked weapon, custom game modes, local multiplayer, two new champions to face down, more blood, and even some truly vicious-looking honeybadgers. Of course, the game has also received some gameplay and physics tweaks. For the full lowdown on what to expect from the Badgermancer Update, be sure to read the Free Lives blog post on it.

From the developer of Broforce and Genital Jousting comes a new title in the crude and violent humor arena. GORN is a fully physics driven VR gladiator simulator that pits players against "poorly-animated" opponents in an arena filled with a wide range of weapons. Of course, the greatest weapon of all, may just be your imagination...

GORN is currently in Steam Early Access and playable on HTC Vive and Oculus Rift. For more information on the game, you can visit the game's Steam page or the developer's webpage for the game. You can also watch the Badgermancer Update trailer below.
