I know this isn’t exactly gaming related, but on the social networking front, tools that track one’s location have become all the rage. Gowalla and Foursquare are two of the biggest names in this means of social networking. Although it doesn’t sound like a game, you can actually play mini games within these apps. For example, on Gowalla you can gather stubs at locations and actually earn real life rewards, such as special discounts.
Personally, I have been waiting for Gowalla to finally hit the Android Market, so today is a big day for me. If you want, download the Gowalla app, and you can see where I’m at. You could even write me an email telling me that I need to eat healthier, or go out more, the possibilities are endless. I would suggest checking this out.
