Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, a remaster of the original third-person shooter, hit the Xbox One earlier this month. One of the best aspects of the Gears series has always been the intense multiplayer, and The Coalition has kept the matchups just as great in this latest release. This weekend, players can enjoy Double XP in all public Hill modes while playing Gears of War: Ultimate Edition.
The game just received a minor patch to balance out some multiplayer issues fans were reporting, including the Gnasher shotgun being a bit too powerful. The update also fixed balancing issues in the multiplayer lobbies, so if you haven’t played the game in a while, it might be a good time to dive back in.
