Grand Theft Auto Online’s Gunrunning Update Coming Next Week; New Trailer Released

Grand Theft Auto Online's Gunrunning update will be arriving in one week, on June 13th, 2017.

Today developer Rockstar North confirmed that the newest update for Grand Theft Auto Online, titled the Gunrunning update, will be arriving on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in just a few days, on June 13th, 2017.

To celebrate the announcement of the release date, the developer also revealed a brand new trailer for the update.

The fifty-two second trailer begins with a shot of one of the brand new bunkers found in the new patch. After a few shots of some high powered weapons, Agent 14 begins a narration for the character, explaining that arms trade is best way to make real money. Some quick shots of the bunker show how it includes tunnels, and a firing range. After that we are given a look at some of the new vehicles included with the update, like an upgraded version of the dune buggy as well as the mobile operations center. The trailer ends with a montage of action shots showcasing the players using the brand new weapons.

In addition to the trailer, Rockstar North also released some screenshots for the update, which you can also view at the end of the article.

With the Gunrunning update, players will be able to become an arms dealer in Los Santos and Blaine County, which will grant access to some brand new upgrades, modifications, and weaponry. To help with your business, bunkers have been added around Blaine County, which of course can be bought and used to store your other purchases. Players can buy these bunkers through the Maze Bank Foreclosure site.

Grand Theft Auto V was released on September 17th, 2013, while the online portion of the game, titled Grand Theft Auto Online, was released on October 1st, 2013. The title is available on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
