This pack includes Complete Edition Real Cars mod, Liberty’s Legacy Trainer mod, ReShade Anti-aliasing (FXAA) mod, iCEnhancer Natural Lighting 3.0 mod, and Simple Native Trainer mod.
The overall size of the pack is around 7.8 GB, which is not too big. But, keep in mind that this pack can only be installed on the Steam version of GTA 4. Once you download the pack, extract files and run the installer to replace the mod files with the original files of the game. It's also recommended to have a backup from the game's original files.
