The High Life Update for GTA Online has been anticipated for a while now as players prepare for new high-end apartments and the ability to own multiple properties. Rockstar Newswire has officially released the details that will become available in the next update, which arrives on May 13th.

The High Life Update features new high-end apartments, the ability to own multiple properties, the new Bullpup Rifle, and four new vehicles. This update will add five new real estate options, all with new interior designs. Each player will be able to own two different properties, each with their own garages to store new rides.

For those who have the extra money after purchasing a brand new apartment, they can also spend some hard-earned money on new vehicles such as the Enus Huntley S (SUV), Dewbauchee Massacro (Sports), Pegassi Zentorno (Super), and the Dinka Thrust (Motorcycle). All will be available to buy from Legendary Motorsport.

In addition to the new apartments and vehicles, some smaller details have been added to enhance gameplay. Standard races now have a new “Non Contact” option which will prevent player-to-player collisions and prevent annoying griefing. While players won’t be able to initiate any kind of collisions, normal traffic and other structures and scenery can still provide hindering contact.

A new, interesting feature added is the new Mental State stat which¬†will show players “just how passive or psychotically unhinged fellow players in the session really are” in order to judge how hostile they may be as they approach. Or if you’re me… you just shoot any unknown player who approaches anyway. Paranoia can be a game-changer inside free-mode.

And of course, The High Life Update will introduce new wardrobe options, player toasts and celebrations, 15 new jobs, and vehicle horns to switch up style and introduce more customization.

There is still no official release date for Heists, but with the promise of its release sometime this spring, many people are predicting a late May/early June reveal.
