GTFO’s New Shadow Enemy is the Creepiest So Far

The newest enemy type in GTFO is by far the creepiest one so far.

10 Chambers Collective has revealed a new enemy type for their upcoming co-op shooter GTFO and, boy, does it look frightening.

This new “shadow enemy” blends in with the environment and can only be seen when it is moving near a light source. This means that you’ll need to ensure that your flashlight is active at all times or that one player is utilizing the enemy tracker device to the best of their ability so that you know where these shadow creatures are at all times.

Because of the shadow enemies only showing up when moving near a light source, it’s hard to really show what they look like in an image. Luckily, 10 Chambers Collective has released a new trailer highlighting this new foe. The clip is only about 30 seconds in length but it should give you a better idea as to what these monsters look like and how you’ll need to combat them in GTFO.

You can find the brief new video showcasing the shadow enemy below. GTFO still doesn’t have a release date but it’s scheduled to launch at some point later this year on PC. For more on the game, be sure to check out our hands-on preview from E3.
