What a great week for Guitar Hero Live. I understand that music is all personal preference, but what Guitar Hero fan hasn't been waiting for more tracks from The Killers. Luckily, we get a prominent song and many others added to the Premium Sets of the week.

For those out of the loop, Premium Sets, which allow you to play select tracks before they are released to the general public a week later, are unlocked through either micro-transaction or completing select songs with qualifying scores. This is what players got this week:

Festival Anthems

  • Kings Of Leon – "Use Somebody"
  • The Killers – "Mr. Brightside"
  • Biffy Clyro – "Black Chandelier"

New Rock Revolution

  • Lower Than Atlantis – "English Kids In America"
  • Mallory Knox – "When Are We Waking Up?"
  • Don Broco – "Priorities"

Also, with the advent of new Premium Shows, the old Shows are thrown into the On Demand list and are available for Guitar Hero on demand. Expect to find these in the lineup from last week:

  • Andrew WK -- “Party Hard”
  • Steel Panther -- “Party Like Tomorrow Is The End Of The World”
  • Twin Atlantic -- “Fall Into The Party”
  • Loverboy -- “Working For The Weekend”
  • Pat Benetar -- “You Better Run”
  • Survivor -- “Children of the Night”

There is no word yet on when Rival Challenge Mode will be making its return after the feature was unceremoniously dropped to facilitate holiday network problems.
