on December 6, 2016 10:48 AM

As you may remember, last December — a stealth launch announced during PlayStation Experience 2015 — free-to-play action strategy game Guns Up! launched on PS4. And so today, in celebration of its one year anniversary, developer Sony San Diego has released a new limited time anniversary update.

The update will include new Units, Perks, and Card Parks, as well as the introduction of Scheduled Special Drops system, Defend Replays, and Stat Boosting Hats. The update will also bring the highly anticipated Veterans feature.

For those who don’t know Veterans are any units that do well enough in combat to rank up their abilities. If you can keep them alive, Veterans can really influence your attacks and defense.

Sony San Diego also confirmed that vehicles are still coming to the game, though no release window was given for this particular content. However, it did say Alliances are coming very soon.

For those who don’t know: alliances is where you can group in in games with friends or anyone to form..well..an alliance. You and your alliance can compete with other alliances for leaderboard supremacy.
