Earlier today for a few short hours Microsoft's own Xbox.com had up a listing for Halo 3: ODST for the Master Chief Collection.

The now defunct listing gave the game a May 29th release date and a size of 8.1GB but provided no further details.

The campaign of Halo 3: ODST was promised to be free for owners of Halo: The Master Chief Collection in December as a thanks to fans for dealing with the game's rocky online launch.

Nothing has been announced in terms of pricing for the ODST campaign add-on as of yet for anyone who did not play Master Chief Collection before December 19th (the cutoff date for those who would receive the game for free).

Not much has been seen of ODST's new remaster since it was announced in December, and releasing in only a few days without much notice would certainly be odd so take the release date with a grain of salt, but you never know, stranger things have happened.
