Halo: "Right Now it's All About Xbox One;" No Comment About The Master Chief Collection on PC

There have been rumors floating around about a possible PC version of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, and in order to shed some light on them I had a chat with 343 Industries Studio Head Bonnie Ross at Gamescom.

I cannot comment anything and really, right now it is all about Xbox One. For us, we thought about what we wanted to do. We thought; for the first time ever we can think about a two-part story, and being able to come on to a new console, and being able to tell his whole story for the first time, and then be able to lead by that into Halo 5, that’s something we can only do on Xbox One.

While Ross didn’t comment specifically on the PC version, she seemed definitely adamant on the fact that the studio is focusing exclusivey on Xbox One for the moment, so if you want Halo on PC, you’ll most probably have to wait a long time, if it’ll ever come.

He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
