Happy Holidays from not only Dualshockers but tons of developers and publishers from around the world. It's nearly Christmas and to celebrate people are sending out good vibes in the forms of online holiday cards and videos to close out the year. Below you'll find a large, but not complete, collection of all the holiday cheer and season's greetings from across the video game industry.A PlayStation 4 theme was released with the "Happy Holidays" greeting in it, with some people performing galaxy-brain interpretations that the "S" in Holidays was a representation of the next PlayStation font, as it would presumably be the PlayStation 5. Meanwhile several events are occuring in Killing Floor, Star Ocean: Anamnesis, Overwatch, Pokemon Go, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, Fortnite has holiday skins, Grand Theft Auto Online has a snow map, Destiny 2 has some seasonal quests, and many, many other live games are kicking in seasonal events to celebrate Christmas and other end-of-the-year holidays. While Rockstar Games hasn't officially released anything holiday related on their timeline, they have secretly pushed some holiday jingles into Red Dead Redemption 2's online component. Hitman 2 allows you to dress up as Santa complete with beard as you hunt down your target using holiday themed items. Frostpunk has a Christmas-themed questline now as well as new building and dilemma and is free. The Last of Us Part II has a burning car in place of a burning fireplace, fitting in alongside the similarly themed aesthetic videos for mood. Sony Santa Monica released a limited poster for God of War featuring the cast of characters enjoying dinner. Rocket League started Frosty Fest with Secret Santa crates. David Hayter (voice of Solid Snake), joined Cam Clarke (voice of Liquid Snake) for a Christmas poetry read.
