Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment released information and a video today to show off their upcoming Harry Potter for Kinect, slated to release this fall. Based on all eight films, Harry Potter will allow players to join Harry, Ron, and Hermione through Hogwarts, and as they embark on their monumental journey. Using the Kinect’s 3D camera technology, players will be able to scan their own faces to create a unique witch or wizard to join in on the fun.

Events in the game will include visiting Ollivanders, choosing a house at Hogwarts, and confronting Lord Voldemort once and for all. Players will also be able to share the experience through co-op gameplay and competitive mini-games.
