In late March, we reported that Harvest Moon: Light of Hope Special Edition would receive some post-launch content.  Over a month later, today Natsume announced new details regarding the DLC add-ons that will be coming to the game.

According to the press release, Harvest Moon: Light of Hope Special Edition's new content will be in the form of four DLC add-ons. All of the post-launch content will be available to all gamers who purchase the game's Season Pass, which you can purchase separately for $9.99, or you can purchase the Harvest Moon: Light of Hope Special Edition Bundle, which includes the Season Pass and will cost $49.99. On top of that, if you purchase Harvest Moon: Light of Hope Special Edition Bundle now via the PlayStation Store or Nintendo eShop, you can receive 10% off. Of course, you can purchase all of the DLC packs separately with the pricing starting at $1.99.

The first DLC pack titled Decorations & Tool Upgrade Pack, will launch on May 29 for $1.99 and will introduce seven new fence sets and two statues into the game. Additionally, the Decorations & Tool Upgrade Pack will also increase your Hoe and Watering Can upgrades by two levels, which is perfect for those who grow a lot of crops on their farm.

The second add-on, New Marriageable Characters Pack will launch 21 days later on June 19 for $5.99. As the title implies, New Marriageable Characters Pack will introduce two new eligible residents to the town - a Shirlock the journalist and and self-titled detective who is currently Naomi's pupil, and Doc's research assistant. Michelle.

On July 10, the third add-on, Doc's and Melanie's Special Episodes will be available for $5.99. In Doc's and Melanie's Special Episodes which will introduce two new shops into the game, that have yet to be revealed and players will be tasked with helping Doc in the romance department.

The final expansion, Divine Marriageable Characters Pack is slated to launch on Junly 31 for $3.99 and will allow players to pursue romantic relationships with the Harvest Goddess of Gorgon.

Harvest Moon: Light of Hope Special Edition is set to be released on May 29 on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
