We learned yesterday of Namco's plans to release pricey costume DLC for Tales of Xillia 2. Today Famitsu has shared a batch of screens showing the costumes off. Anime fans will be pleased to know that some of the costumes have been lifted from the popular Code Geass and Madoka Magica anime series. The rest of the costumes are just spins on classic school uniforms.

The Code Geass and Madoka Magica costumes will run you a whopping 500 yen (something like $6.50) apiece, while the academy costumes will be available for a more fair 300 yen (in the ballpark of $4.50) apiece. The Code Geass costumes will be released on November 1st and the rest will be available on November 15th.

Tales of Xillia 2 will be available in Japan on November 1st. North America will get the original Tales of Xillia next year. Check out screens of the DLC costumes below.
