Xbox Studios GM Shannon Loftis revealed last night on Twitter that Armature Studio and Comcept's ReCore will be getting HDR support on Xbox One S sometime in 2017.

The news was then further confirmed from Xbox technical director Mike Ybarra who in his own tweet said, "Recore with HDR? Yes, it's coming."

It's important to note, you will need an Xbox One s and 4k TV to experience the HDR addition, which for those who don't know, includes things like more vibrant colors.

Designed by  Keiji Inafune, ReCore launched this past. The game, which was the first in Microsoft's Xbox Play Anywhere program, received fairly lackluster reviews upon release. You can read our review of it here.
