Hearthstone Lunar New Year Quest Rewards — What Will You Get

Want to know what you'll earn from the Hearthstone Lunar New Year Quest Rewards? Look no further as we have all the info you'll need.

The Hearthstone Lunar New Year is almost upon us. The big event kicks off next week on February 9 and you’ll have just a few short weeks to enjoy all the content. There are new Legendary Quests, hero skins, and a new Tavern Brawl. But I know what you really want to know about. What will you get in terms of Hearthstone Lunar New Year Quest rewards? See below for all the details.

The new Legendary Quests in the Lunar New Year are all about providing players with new card packs. These come from both the Madness at the Darkmoon Faire and Scholomance Academy sets. It’s not an overload of packs, but it’s definitely enough to keep things interesting. Here’s the full breakdown of what you can earn:

  • Play 1 game of Battlegrounds to earn 2 Madness at the Darkmoon Faire card packs and 1 Scholomance Academy card pack.
  • Finish 5 games of Duels to earn 2 Madness at the Darkmoon Faire and 1 Scholomance Academy card pack.
  • Play 5 Ranked Standard games to earn 2 Madness at the Darkmoon Faire card packs and 1 Scholomance Academy card pack.

Again, you’re probably not getting anything too major out of these packs, but it’s a decent set of packs for just playing the game relatively normally. And you have two weeks to complete all the games. Heck, if you really wanted, you can just jump in and lose as quickly as possible if you hate one of these game modes.

Outside of the packs, players can also purchase new hero skins. These are inspired by the Chinese epic Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Personally, I think I’m most interested in the Lu Bu version of Garrosh. He looks incredible striding in on that horse. On top of all that, the Lunar Blessing Tavern Brawl is back for one more run. Get in there and check it out.

Hearthstone is available now on Android, iOS, and PC. The Lunar New Year starts on February 9 and concludes on February 23.
