The first solo adventure to the popular free-to-play card game Hearthstone may still be fresh on our minds, but the ever vigilant developers at Blizzard are already hard at work on the games next addition.

Talking with Massively, Game Director Eric Dodds confirmed that the studio will not be working on a solo adventure for the next add-on, but rather a more traditional expansion that add over 100 cards. The expansion would sell in a new series of booster packs, remaining independent from the current card base and ensuring purchases wouldn't result in several duplicate cards for those that own the majority of the already available cards.

Hearthstone not only will be receiving 100 cards, but also an Android port, new daily quests, an observer mode and more, all hopefully by the end of 2014. You can play Hearthstone for free now on PC and iOS.
