Coming from the developers of 80 Days and Steve Jackson's Sorcery!Heaven's Vault is looking more and more like an indie game to keep an eye on in 2019, and a new story trailer released for the title sheds a bit more lost on the ancient mysteries that it will have players solve.

During The New York Videogame Awards 2019, a new trailer debuted for the upcoming Heaven's Vault from developer Inkle, which highlighted new gameplay from the adventure game and gives a deeper look into the story that players will be immersed in.

For those that may not be familiar with the game, Heaven's Vault follows the story of an archaeologist named Aliya Elasra, who soon goes on an adventure to mind a missing scientist that soon spans time and history, as she tries to decipher an ancient language for clues.

Heaven's Vault will release for PS4 and PC in spring 2019. For a closer look at the game, you can check out the brand new trailer below:
