If you were looking forward to playing the full version of Hellbound this year then we have some bad news and some good news. Unfortunately, it looks like you're going to have to wait a little longer for the full version of the title, as today, developer Saibot Studios announced that title's release is going to be pushed into 2019.

The good news, however, is that if you want to play it right now, you can, sort of. The developer also revealed that an early access version of the Survival Mode from the game is available to download right now from Steam. For those that don't know, the aforementioned mode is a horde mode that tasks players with surviving against waves and waves of enemies on a small island.

The title was originally announced in November of last year and, at the time, all we knew was that it was coming sometime this year. It's obviously disappointing that it won't be, but extra time to work on titles usually doesn't hurt anybody.
