Your free Destiny 2 Helping New Lights emblem will be granted to you eventually, but it might take a few days!

Have you helped the New Lights? Well, in the last 24 hours, a significant number of players in Destiny 2 have received an in-game notification, congratulating them for assisting New Lights in Dares of Eternity and rewarding them with a free emblem.

However, when players visited their Collections tab to assign the new emblem, they couldn't find anything new. This has already confused many players about the emblem, so, they either assume the notification was wrong or they need to do something to redeem the gift.

Let me ensure you that none of the theories are true, and the notification is real, but due to an issue with Bungie systems, you will receive the emblem sometime later.

Destiny 2 Helping New Lights Emblem Will Be Granted Soon to All Dares of Eternity Players

If you have happened to play Dares of Eternity in January 2022, and if there was a low-level rookie player in your team (New Light), then you have probably received the emblem notification by now and you will get it for free.

As revealed by Bungie in its dedicated forum, the notifications have been sent to players earlier than they should, which is the reason why they can't find the emblem in their Collections tab.

So, all you need to do is to wait a little bit longer until Bungie delivers the emblem to all New Light supporters!

Destiny 2 is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Stadia, and PC.

Despite the acquisition of Bungie by Sony, the studio will still hold the rights for Destiny and will continue to launch multi-platform games in the future.
