Nintendo has revealed some new details about their anticipated upcoming adventure title The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

As previously confirmed the game will interact with certain Amiibo figures and we now know some of the ways how. Namely, the newly released The Legend of Zelda 30th Anniversary Amiibo, which include 8-bit Link, Ocarina of Time Link, Toon Link and Wind Waker Zelda.

8-bit Link Amiibo will summon various barrels hiding rupees among other items, while Ocarina of Time Link will cause assorted meats to fall from the sky. Toon Link will call forth a rain of assorted fish and Wind Waker Zelda will call upon various plants, ingredients used for cooking.

Perhaps the game will utilize the other Amiibo to a lesser extent. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is due early next year.
