Heroes of Ruin Set To Launch Just In Time For Your Summer Road Trip

If you needed more incentive to hold on to that 3DS, Square Enix is giving you some. It’s been confirmed today that Heroes of Ruin will launch in the US on June 26th. The Diablo-esque dungeon crawler features things like online connectivity and the ability to use the 3DS mic during multiplayer. That’s right, your 3DS will handle voice chat.

This is the first 3DS game outside of Mario Kart (I believe) that places such a heavy emphasis on online multiplayer. Along with it’s support the  for up to four players we could potentially have a winner on our hands here.

For those of you attending PAX East this weekend in Boston, you’ll be able to get some up-close and personal time with the game at the Square Enix booth… that’s if you can pry the 3DS from our grubby paws.
