Hideo Kojima's and Mark Cerny Visit Quantic Dream as Last Step of their Technology Research Trip

Legendary Metal Gear Solid Creator Hideo Kojima and PlayStation 4 Lead Architect Mark Cerny have been on a technology research trip over the last few days, and today they’re on their last stop: Quantic Dream, as they shared on Twitter.

Kojima-san even met Animation Supervisor Teppei Takehana, who currently works at Quantic Dream, and previously worked with him on Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.

Kojima-san and Cerny probably had a chance to get a good look at Detroit: Become Human, the new PS4 game in the works at Quantic Dream. The studio based in Paris is also well known for its advanced performance capture studio, which is one of the biggest in Europe.

Hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
