A new trailer for Hitman 2, straight out of PAX West, gives players a look at one of the new environments that’ll be included in the game. That dev team has decided to place Agent 47 into the dense jungles of Colombia. The location is definitely a change of pace for the newer Hitman series and should allow for some stellar ways players can eliminate their targets.
You can check out the new trailer down below. In it, we’re really only given a quick look at some of the new visuals from the environment as well as a couple of guards walking around. It’ll be interesting to see how Hitman 2 can uphold the range of gameplay options players expect from the series in an entirely new jungle environment.
If you’re unfamiliar with Hitman, it’s a very open-ended series that allows players to take the role of a master class assassin. You must use your environments and the unfortunate NPCs located throughout it to find the most efficient ways to eliminate various targets. The series began in 2000 with Hitman: Codename 47.
The game was revealed earlier this year. It will not be episodic compared to the previous entry in the series. Furthermore, it will include update locations from the IO Interactive’s Hitman, from 2016.
Hitman 2 will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 13, 2018.
