Today Sega released an extended trailer of its upcoming Fist of the North Star game Hokuto Ga Gotoku.

The trailer was originally showcased at Tokyo Game Show in a theater built inside Sega's booth with filming strictly forbidden, so this shows a lot of new things for those who weren't there.

We get to see more of the story, the characters (most of which come straight from the manga and anime, even if some are are new), gameplay, and some of the play spots.

This time around Kenshiro will have to handle a clinic, fight in the arena, drive around in Mad-Max-like car chases, and even handle a hostess club. Apparently, despite the setting, the nuclear fallout still spared some arcade games too.

Basically, this is quite similar to a Yakuza game, and it looks absolutely epic.

Yakuza fans will also have another reason to feel right at home, as the main cast is voiced by the same actors and actresses that previously lent their voices to Sega's popular series, as you can see towards the end of the trailer.

You can check out the trailer below, and also watch some gameplay from the dedicated stage show.

Kenshiro’s new adventure will launch in Japan on February 22nd, 2018.
