Today Sega announced the Japanese release date of its upcoming Yakuza-meets-Fist of the North Star game Hokuto Ga Gotoku.

The title will launch in Japan on February 22nd, 2018, exclusively for PS4.

On top of the announcement, we also get the first 4K screenshots, which look really solid.

Incidentally, the Japanese market will also get a limited edition titled "Premium Edition from the End of the Century" including the ability to change the appearance of Kenshiro to Yakuza's hero Kazuma Kiryu, a few additional background music tracks in the game, DLC equipment items, and a PS4 theme plus a set of avatars designed by Fist of the North Star mangaka Tetsuo Hara.

Incidentally, in the gallery below you can also see Kazuma Kiryu's appearance in action.

If you want to see more about the game, you can enjoy the first character reveal, the second group, the third one, and the original announcement.

Unfortunately no release has been announced for the west just yet, so we can only keep hoping for that one.
