It looks like THQ didn't quite anticipate the popularity of Homefront, and folks playing online have been experiencing some issues with overloaded servers. But fear not, because THQ has taken notice, and are springing into action tonight to dramatically upgrade the multiplayer server capacity worldwide. That's gonna mean some outages overnight tonight, which are as follows:
- In North America from 3AM - 5AM Pacific Time
- In Europe form 6PM-8PM Pacific
- Also in Australia, but it those upgrades are already complete!
It's great to see that not only is THQ providing dedicated servers (a rarity these days) but also supporting them as best they can. Hopefully more publishers follow their lead.
