Horizon Forbidden West Fan Shares Stunning Aloy Cosplay
As we look onto 2022 to get our hands on Horizon Forbidden West, how about some Aloy cosplay to lighten the load?
Initially, it looked like 2021’s gaming year was pretty stacked with the likes of Horizon Forbidden West and God of War: Ragnarok barging in to warm our souls as the weather cooled. Unfortunately, and obvious to many, both games have been given the cold shoulder with HFW reportedly pushed back until 2022.
Thankfully, we have plenty to keep us occupied until then (have you looked at your backlog lately?) and if it means that ultimately we will get a polished title with fewer bugs, we can ride out the rest of the year with ease whilst praying COVID plays its part.
To keep us company until we eventually get our grubby mitts on the long-awaited Horizon Forbidden West, cosplayer fenixfatalist comes in with a stunning Aloy outfit that would brighten the darkest of times.
Fenix Fatalist, otherwise known as Mariia Karpenko from Kyiv, Ukraine, shines in Aloys Nora Brave outfit. Players receive the outfit during the game’s main quest and lovingly stitched by Teb, a member of the Nora tribe. Although the outfit provides no other benefits, it features arm guards, a fur collar, and decorative stitching that looks amazing on the warrior.
It’s obvious Mariia has put countless hours into this particular costume, making sure every detail stands out including the rich material used. We can also see that they are also holding Aloy’s Spear and Hunter’s bow which I’m sure took hours if not days to painstakingly perfect.
Even though Aloy doesn’t come across any cute little foxes, only really for skins on outfits, Mariia poses with the most adorable fox in a few of their Instagram posts.
As it stands right now, Sony has remained quiet on Horizon Forbidden West‘s release even though reports suggest it has been delayed. Hopefully, we will hear more information on this as soon as possible.
