PS4 Exclusive Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds Looks Glorious in New 4K Screenshots
Guerrilla Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment released a new batch of screenshots of Horizon Zero Dawn's expansion The Frozen Wilds.
If you want to see more about the upcoming Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds expansion, you have come to the right place.
We get to see five more vistas of the upcoming DLC, starting with Aratak, a warmongering shaman of the Banuk tribe, who seeks nothing better than a glorious death in battle. We also see a merchant (or “purveyor of things” as he defines himself), who will give Aloy some precious advice at the beginning of the new questline.
On top of that, we catch a glimpse of a new machine armed with an insidious mine-laying cannon that Aloy can actually rip off its back and use against its former owner.
Last, but not least, some amazing landscapes complete the picture, including the giant volcano that dominates the new area named “The Cut.” Incidentally, the blue smoke has a rather important meaning for the nomadic Banuk, but I won’t spoil it.
You can check the screenshots out in the gallery below, of course in crisp 4K resolution. If you want to see more, you can also see a trailer from yesterday, and check out the small crossover with Monster Hunter World.
Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds will be available for download on November 7th, while the base game is already available exclusively for PS4. If you’re unfamiliar with the game, you can check out my rather enthusiastic review.
