The latest addition in the family of Field Upgrades is a Portable Decontamination Station. While the name sounds pretty fancy, the new Field Upgrade has a very simple use for you and your teammates on the battlefield.

What is PDS Field Upgrade in Warzone?

This is a deployable device that sprays a special gas into its surroundings, breathing which instantly maxes out your health bar. That being said, you can revive a downed player using a PDS Field Upgrade.

You can find Portable Decontamination Station in various chests on the map, and it could be probably a good idea to save it until the last moments of the game and deploy it when the gas ring is narrowing down to secure your position while getting health from the PDS.

However, regarding the fact that armor plates play a big role in Warzone, having a PDS might not be much of a help for you against a player with full armor plates.

Anyway, it is up to you to find some creative ways to use PDS on the battlefield, or maybe combine it with a bunch of other Field Upgrades that your friends carry.

Call of Duty Warzone Season 2 is now available for free on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. Along with it, you can access Call of Duty Vanguard Season 2 content as well if you own the game.
