How to play Call of Duty: Vanguard Beta and early access
First of all, let me clarify that during September 10-13, the Beta can be accessed by only those PS4 and PS5 players who have preordered the Call of Duty: Vanguard.
Those who own a PlayStation but they haven’t preordered the game will be able to play it on September 16-17. Meanwhile, during this time Xbox and PC players who have pre-ordered Vanguard can gain access too.
After that, on September 18-20, the Open Beta will begin for all platforms. This means anyone will be able to access Vanguard Beta for free.
Now that we have cleared it up, let’s check out how to play the Vanguard Beta. Assuming that you must have already pre-ordered and pre-loaded the game, you just need to take the following steps to start the game:
- Open the PlayStation Store (or your platform’s store)
- Search Call of Duty: Vanguard
- Select the game.
- Click Download
After the download is complete, the beta will be live so you jump in right away!
NOTE: If you’ve pre-ordered digitally and currently facing problems in accessing the beta, just download the open beta from the store you’re in!
Those who haven’t preordered the game on any platform can simply follow the above-mentioned steps on September 18 to start playing once the open beta goes live.
Those who own other platforms can repeat the same steps on their respective console or PC store to download Vanguard Beta and play.
